Product leadership for companies that ship.
I’m Matthew Loebenstein, a product lead who started as a software developer. Sixteen years across luxury marketplaces, aviation, rail and Big-4 consulting — I take products from strategy to production, and I still read the code.

What I do
All services- Strategic alignment Teams ship faster when they know why. I define the strategy with you, then translate it into decisions engineers can make without you in the room.
- Delivery excellence Strategy dies in vague tickets. I install a lean documentation system that carries intent from roadmap to release — and cuts refinement time in half.
- GenAI integration From agent-assisted builds to LLM features in production. Practical, guarded and measured — no theatre.

Have something that needs to ship?
I take on consulting engagements and fractional product leadership. If the problem sits between strategy and engineering, it’s probably my kind of problem.
